If you have a flyer or other information sheet that you'd like to have included in the registration packet that all attendees will be getting, you can send it to the same address, but also send an e-mail to Kristine Weiand (KWeiand@computer.org) indicating:

Name of person shipping
Contact phone number
Method of shipment (FedEx, UPS, or whatever)
Tracking number

They should arrive at the hotel between October 13 and 17, as the student volunteers will be stuffing the registration packets on the 18th. I believe past registration counts have been between 650 and 700, so you can use that info to decide how many flyers to send.
