IEEE Visualization 2003 is the premier forum for innovations in visualization
methods in science,engineering,commerce,and entertainment.This event,
which runs from Sunday,October 19 through Friday,October 24,brings together
visualization researchers and practitioners with an interest in techniques,tools,
and technology.The conference will include workshops,tutorials,papers,panels,
applications,posters,demos,and exhibitions.

Deadlines
Organizations wishing to apply to exhibit or sponsor at Visualization
2003 should send e-mail requests to the Exhibition Chair listed below
by September 22,2003.Payment is due on October 10,2003.Commitments received
prior to July 16,2003 will assure company listings in the Advanced Program,
while those received by August 28,2003 will appear in the Final Program.

All shipments received will be held in the Doubletree purchasing
department.
If you are a publisher who will have an unmanned table, and you'd like
your material returned, please include information on return shipping. Note
that you will need to cover the cost of returning material to you after the
conference.
If you have a flyer or other information sheet that you'd like to have
included in the registration packet that all attendees will be getting, you
can send it to the same address, but also send an e-mail to Kristine Weiand
(KWeiand@computer.org) indicating:
Name of person shipping
Contact phone number
Method of shipment (FedEx, UPS, or whatever)
Tracking number
They should arrive at the hotel between October 13 and 17, as the student
volunteers will be stuffing the registration packets on the 18th. I believe
past registration counts have been between 650 and 700, so you can use that
info to decide how many flyers to send.
