Instructions for running the program

1. Download the New Orleans Windfield Data and extract it to your system.
2. Download the Data Converter program and run it. It will ask for the location of the 2 data files, and create an addition 5 files in that same location.
3. Download the Visualizer Program and extract it. Place the previously generated 5 data files into the directly containing the visualizer program.
4. Run the visualizer program.
